  • We had a passport crisis 24hrs before our long-planned family holiday in Fiji, and Bayview couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. Michael was on the case immediately (despite the fact it was a weekend) and made sure our flights and hotel were rearranged - including getting the hotel to extend our stay to compensate for the delayed arrival, despite it being the school holidays. Just an amazing service, and lovely manner to go with it. We'd never used a travel agent before, and now we'll never use anyone else!
