Bayview Travel is an independently owned travel agency located in Brighton, Melbourne who specialise in leisure and corporate travel .

Our travel advisors are avid travellers with an in depth understanding of how to create a truly exclusive and extraordinary travel adventure for you.

At the beginning of my working life some 30 years back, there was no other career wish on my mind than the travel industry. And that career has rewarded me with travels to places beyond my dreams and countless amazing experiences.  Along the way I have established an enviable book of global contacts and connections who help me curate memorable trips for my extended list of repeat and long standing clients.

A focus on high touch service levels and close attention to detail is paramount and I try to plan well researched itineraries with creativity and special care.  Great hotels, good restaurants and unique experiences feature.  Being surrounded with great people helps with this process always.

For my own travels Europe is always a favoured choice and France especially.  A recent trip to Argentina, Peru and Chile offered many highlights and an even more recent winter trip to stunning Switzerland reminded me that my skiing ability was less than good!  It’s always a treat to sail on a nice ship of course, but I love everywhere I go and pinch myself every time to remind myself that I’m actually there!

Although I have had a passion for travel from a young age, it kicked into overdrive the first day I arrived in London. Over the next 4 years I took every opportunity to travel throughout Europe, including Scandinavia and Russia, but fell in love with Italy (who wouldn’t). With extensive travels through Asia and an affection for Indochina, in recent years, my interest has been piqued by more obscure destinations.  Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia and Armenia have endless histories and culture on offer to the intrepid traveller, and my journeys there have only encouraged my thirst for more.

But then again it’s hard to go past the hectic nature of the great cities of the world like New York, or witnessing true nature of a pride of 35 lions or even the beehive domes of Australia’s own Bungle Bungles.

There is just so much to experience and enjoy around the world, and I look forward to helping you navigate your travel requirements to fulfill your travel dreams.

After being an independent travel broker in New Zealand for 23 years, I joined Bayview Travel in 2013 and became part of a successful travel team specialising in tailor made travel experiences.

With a passion for travel, theatre and fashion, Bayview Travel has been the perfect platform for me to indulge and impart my knowledge and experience to clients and be instrumental in making their travel dreams and desires become a reality. 

Having recently been awarded the esteemed 2024 Virtuoso Cruise Icon status that recognises the top 1% of cruise sellers in Australia, and as an avid cruise traveller myself, I am perfectly positioned to advise on luxury cruise options.

Having spent many years specialising in ski holidays in the northern hemisphere, I have a deep passion for the wintery slopes of America, Canada & Europe. 

One of my favorite areas would have to be the Trois Vallees in France, which showcases magnificent scenery in both winter and summer, with unsurpassed quality of snow from December through to the end of April. On the flip side, I have intricate knowledge of travel throughout Asia and some of its more out of the way destinations.

I have had over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Selling domestic and international travel arrangements all over the world. For the last 7 years I specialized in Scandinavia, Russia, The Baltics, Arctic and Antarctica expedition cruises.

One of my favourite things is travelling the world, seeing new & old sites, experiencing new, exciting cultures, learning the traditions of the places I’m visiting, and trying the local hidden gems where all the residents eat, drink and relax.

Helping people design their once in a lifetime holiday, or tailoring their vacation needs around business and leisure, doing the multi-generational family trip or taking that leap to do a solo journey, is what I love to help people with.

With over 14 years of experience in the travel industry, I guess you could say I have a passion for all things travel. I have lived in China and Canada and have also worked in the travel industry overseas.

My favourite destinations are Poland, Montreal and New Zealand. I look forward to meeting you and making your travel dreams a reality.

Originally from France, I left my beautiful country to live in Africa in 2015. This once in a lifetime experience changed the way I see the world and was the starting point for my greatest adventure as a traveller.

Living on the road in a campervan, wandering around with my backpack, staying in exceptional accommodations around the world or exploring off the beaten track to find hidden gems along the way, I'm eager for all types of adventures to discover the beauty of this world we live in.

I aim to inspire my client to travel far and wide by creating unique, tailor-made escapes.

Having worked in the Travel industry most of my adult life, I have travelled the world widely and can relate to all travellers and their interests.

As a young man, I was consumed with adventure travel and getting to those far flung out of the way places, and doing so on a budget.

When a family arrived, the focus moved away from my own interests towards holidays the entire family would enjoy.

The logistics of travelling with small children are always more difficult than travelling alone or in a pair, and I have learned a lot over the years I can share with my clients.

More recently, I have also enjoyed luxury travel, particularly since we joined Virtuoso 10 years ago. This is a highly specialised field the planning of which should not be left to chance.

So whatever your stage in life, I would delighted to share with you my expertise and experience.

Receptionist / Travel Insurance Advisor

I started my travel life way back with Ansett as an air hostess then in Ansett Reservations.

This led to consulting in one of the first agencies in Australia to use a computer reservations system, the Qantas system at the time Qantam, and in following years systems of many different airlines.

Eventually I joined Air Niugini in New Guinea and the Solomon Islands training staff and looking after mining movements, corporate and personnel, for Bougainville Copper Ltd and OK Tedi Mining Ltd.

I left the industry for a while raising children and, while living in Lao PDR with my family, I travelled quite extensively in the south east Asian area.  

Now I’m back , still an avid traveller, working in the great atmosphere of Bayview Travel and ready to help in any way I can with your arrangements.

I started my travel industry journey with Bayview travel in 2022.

For clients I manage their travel insurance requirements and policies. I mainly assist other consultants in finalising itineraries, making sure nothing has been forgotten and that every file has been looked at with care.

My passions are dabbling into luxury travel and all things Japanese, especially their food!
